In my career, which has run through a variety of businesses, professions and branches, I have learned communication is by far the most important tool for any company or business.
With technology developing at the speed it does, the human voice is the one constant. Storytelling has been the most classic of ways of sharing information. Therefore, when the idea for a Podcast Production company sprouted, it was the most logical thing to do.
My career started in earnest in IT, which is broad enough, but through the years I learned that tech is nothing without humans to use it. Which made the interaction with humans a priority for me. Furthermore, I developed skills in audio and video production. First through hobbies, but quickly as a professional.
Having done a podcast myself in the old days, I know what it takes to produce a podcast, not only as far as skills go, but certainly also the time it takes. And again, creating a Podcast Production company seemed a very logical thing to do.
Together with my wife, Laila, we run Lagor Services. The skills we’ve developed over decades working as professionals, we now apply to our own business with passion and determination.
